Value Engineering
Value Engineering (VE) involves three initial questions: (1) What is the item’s function, (2) what does the item cost, and (3) are there other ways of performing the function at the same or a reduced cost?

Construction Management
Gantt will work with the Owner and their A/E team in the capacity of Construction Managers throughout the design and construction documentation of the project, providing the following services:

- Management of the design and construction phases.
- Establishment of cost, time and quality parameters.
- Value engineering recommendations and cost analysis.
- Preparation of bid packages to select three responsible and responsive bids per trade.
- Gantt Builders, LLC will analyze all bids for price and scope compliance, and will recommend a selection to your Firm.
